There is one like that around my area, rode by a nice young lady. Hers looks a little nicer and more like a HD. Her saddle bags are HD, and it has the shark nose too. Great looking bike, and she claims its comfortable for the long rides!

Looks like a bike made for a James Bond movie. No thanks!

They are basicaly calling their creation the V-Rod Street Glide. Pictures have been circulating for a while and so are the rumors that HD will actually start building them.

They say shorter riders and ladies will be the target customers. I rode with a guy who had floor boards, hard saddle bags and a windshield on his v-rod. I liked the look. He said the floorboards were much more comfortable than the extreme forward controls that are standard.

I believe American Bagger did an article with a bunch of pictures, but I have not been able to locate it.

I love my 2003 EG but age is creeping up and this summer their were times when I found it's weight a bit of an issue. Consequently I cannot see myself buying another. Now if HD comes out with a bagger based on the V-rod (and deals with some of the service issues) their is a bike I would really consider. I would guess it would be at least 150lbs lighter and i would not have to spend any extra monies to get the power I want/need. By the way, I talked to several older farts like myself on my retirement decompression trip and a number of them expressed similar sentiments

They will build it!!! EPA, economics, heat, etc are pushing Harley into the liquid cooled arena. I am somewhat suprised they haven't already introduced it. I believe, my opinion only here, the only thing holding Harley back is the difficulties in building a liquid cooled bike that retains the look and feel of the traditional bikes.
