Default Windshield?

Hey guys, what kind of windshields are the short ones with the funky curve in them to deflect the wind over and around you? And where do I get them? I rode down the interstate on Sunday with my short H-D on and I was so tired of getting blasted in face!

Thanks,

Mike

It might be nice to know what kind of funky a$$ bike you want one for.

Main web page:

Harley Street Glide page:
http://clearviewshields.com/shop/product.php?id=11

order one of their "Blemished Shields" or it will take 7 weeks to get one.

They look good, but if your looking for function I'd go with Clearview Recurve:

There's another one besides the recurve that actually has a curve like the batwing. Can't remember the name right now. I'll dig through some stuff and try to find it

+1 for the Clearview Recurve. I am 5'8" and the stock shield on the Street Glide was a joke.....it just directed a buffeting wind blast right at my head. I went with a 8" Clearview Recurve and never looked back once! Just place your order ASAP because it usually takes them a few weeks to make it up and ship it out to you.

Cee Bailey makes one, Clearview (My preference) makes one as does Klock Werks. You can't go wrong with the Clearview in my opinion.

I'm 6' with a 32" inseam
and the 9 1/2" Clearview with recurve is the perfect height.

Roaddawg , does your Fat Cat exhaust rear pipe burn you? It sticks out so far I've burned holes thru my rain gear! It's when stopped and your right leg goes down. I'm 5'10" with 31 inseam and my leg touches now and then, but baggy pants or overpants touch it always.
