BTW, I have an 8 inch recurve and it is about 90% good for me. I've done long hwy days with it and there is some buffeting still. I was going to go a little taller, but decided to order a Klockwerks instead. I will post my findings. I have the stock seat on.

It doesn't burn me. I have melted a tear in my rain pants by getting off the bike from the right. However, my wife has since patched it on the inside and then taken and sewn a heatproof patch on the inside of each pant leg that looks like it came that way. It works awesome. I also have the footboard extenders on from soos here on the forum that pushes my legs out a little farther. I also use the RJ's original heat shields that push the thigh out a little bit when putting your feet down. I also use a Sundowner seat so that might have a little to do with it too, but I don't know. I have about the same inseam as you but at 6'
