Default Fuel Management

I am upgrading my 08 RoadGlide with Vance and Hines slipon mufflers and a SE air cleaner. I am thinking of adding the V&H Fuel Pack and am wondering if anyone else has used this and if so how do you like it?

I used it with my 04 and it ran great, however at that time the Fuelpak didn't support any other changes beyone mufflers and air cleaner so when I wanted to do cams and a 95" I went with a PCIII. On my 08 I use a race tuner.

Check out the TFI from Techlusion. It is easy, inexpensive, works on all builds and has been around with the best waranty. Call them and they will explain. Very good people to deal with. I like mine. and no computer needed for set up or adjustments.

You really don't need anything other than the Stage 1 flash from your dealer with that setup. Go ahead and spend the $ if you know further tweaks are in your future, but with what you have now you would be better off spending the cash on chrome.

Thanks guys. I don't see myself going beyond the stage 1 upgrade. Dealer wants me to use the SERT but I can't see spending $460 + dyno time for a stage 1.

I was talking to my friend at work about that yesterday. He has the same bike & setup
with the fuel pak and is very satisfied with it.

Glad I read this thread - I'm in the "throws" of buying and installing myself a pair of V&H Oval Slip ons, K&N RK3909 High Flow A/C and a V&H Fuel Pack - I have a stock TC88 on an 03' HD Ultra - my objective was twofold...Increase the sound and get some "gitty up and go" on it. - I don't have any immediate plans for future upgrades so my take away from all this is, this combination will work for me and I should be able to achieve my objectives - anyone have any further thoughts or comments?
