I have been looking at a "big Boyz" bore job $140 and SE Pistons with Andrews CAMS (Not Gear) for $250. That is in the $500-$600 range. No port job or milling etc.

IMO, I would go with the porting before I would the bore. Everything is tied into the heads. The heads help your cams work. The heads help the VE of the cylinders. The heads effect your compression ratio. The heads are where it all happens. The bore to 95" is a bonus but with good tuning, the heads will do the most for you and give you good bang for your buck. But we are happy to assist in any choice you make. Give Bean a call and talk to him, he is always happy to answer any questions.

People have been posting some really nice numbers w/o head jobs on 06 models. Has anyone seen anything reguarding changes to the 06 heads?
Yes, I would agree with you about the parts you've mentioned below. My comments were meant strictly in the area of a typical Screaming Eagle 95" Big Bore Kit and a stock OEM engine! So, if you stay strictly with what comes in these SE upgrade kits, the numbers would be minimal between a fully dyno'd stock engine and an SE 95 kit. Of course, I would love to get 100/100 on my RG, and will definitely give your suggestion a try. I have already consulted a dyno guru in my area about my next upgrade.
Thanks for your comments nonetheless!

If you're going to spend your money to upgrade, you may want to do the 103 kit instead of the 95! If you compare a stock engine with Stage I kit, SERT, and proper dyno tuned to a 95 upgrade, the increase in torque and horsepower is minimal.
If you like to see a drastic increase in performance, spend a bit more money and get the 103 kit! You'll be much happier.
Think he was considering heads & cams along w/the 95". Done right, that's easily over 100/100. A basic 103" kit is less power than that, and it's a ton of $$$, comparitevely speaking.
I have been putting some numbers together and can get Gear-driven Andrews TW37's, BigBoyz ported heads & bored jugs in a 95" config and all the necessary components (pistons, gaskets, adjuatable pushrods, etc) and install it myself for ~$1500. If I go with a Fueling SuperPump & lifters, it's still <$2k.
