09 Smart Security Sys/Battery Needs
Since you can no longer turn off the Security System short of disconnecting the battery, does anyone have any idea how long the battery will go without needing a charge. The manuel reccomends using a battery tender, which I have and will use, but where we live we ride all winter long and I have been know to be very lax on hooking up the battery tender. Also will hanging one of the key fobs on the bike in the garage keep it from being activated and thus having a small drain on the battery.
