HD is aware I had mine in today and they sprayed some stuff on them it is supposed to fix it but did not. Already sqeaking after only 50 mile ride home. I suggest lyndall brake pads it is my next fix to the squeek problem.

If you don't want to go directly to the Lyndal brake pads, you might try filing or sanding the leading edge of the brake pads so it forms a 45 degree angle. The leading edge would be the edge facing the rear of the bike. In other words, ya don't want the leading edge to be a straight corner on the rotor surface.

I've got the same prob on my RG. Squeals like a stuck pig at every stop. It's kinda embarrassing.

There is an HD tech report on this. Call your dealer and they will schedule you in to fix. It is like a recall. There is a spray on kit that they order for you and when it comes in a quick fix.

Dealer fixed my brakes on the service bulletin, no more squeak and no cost to me.
