Something tells me your addresses are screwed up.
I took the second one and tried to find it manually on Mapscourse. The 1900 block should be around the Salt Lake City Community College but there isn't a street with 4620 name/number.

I used an address that is in the same vicinity (2051 W 4700 S) and was able to find it using both the Mapscource search function and with the Zumo using the method in my previous post. (use numbers w/o the S, W, N, E) and search the entire state because sometimes the address is in a different mailing address than you might think. The college comes up as Taylorsville rather than Salt Lake City.

If your addresses are correct than I don't know WTF the answer is. It would then be time to ask the geeks at www.zumofurums.com.

The first address IS right next to the community college. The street does in fact have a name: bowling ave, using the name, it does pull up ok. All my life I never realized the street had a name. (I grew up at that address... mom still lives there)

The second one, also has a street name: printers row. Worked their 20 years, and the address has NEVER been listed as "printers row", always by the west/south street numbers.

So thats TWO problems solved.

The THIRD address, is in an industrial area, and does NOT have a street name. This is the one that had me asking the question in the first place. ON this one, I wonder if the area is JUST new enough, that it missed the last garmin map update?

Email Garmin with your problem and they should be able to help. Good luck.
