Didn't know where to post this so hopefully I can get some help.
Been divorced about 10 years and going on my first date tomorrow. She lives in Merchantville, NJ, and has not been on a bike before. She would like to go for a ride (not a long one) out on country roads and stop to eat somewhere. I'm from the Red Bank, NJ, area and don't know the area where she lives.
That is not in the easiest area to "get out of dodge" but I would suggest PJ Whelihans in Medford Lakes. Rt 541 is a relatively nice country road. Just wear your blinders at PJ's as they have some attractive personel there. Another biker friendly bar is the Picalilly on Rt 206. Take 541 east to 206 south and it is 5 minutes south on 206. There are some other decent biker type places but the food is not that good.
