Your dealer is wrong! I have an 09 ABS. Everything listed below is on page 443 of the 2009 Harley accessories catalog:
Touring pullback handlebar (new for 2009), PN 56176-08 $149.95
Diamondback clutch cable, PN 38922-09 $ 99.95
Front brake line ABS, PN Upper 46711-09, Lower 41825-09 $249.95
If you are going to have them do internal wiring, you'll need the sensor kit, PN 32310-08 $89.95
Hope this helps. I ordered all of this online through Chicagoharley.com at 20% off. Saves you about $100, even after shipping charges.

Correct...it says does not fit 08s..not 08s or later (meaning 09s). It does fit 09s. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. This is a new bar for 2009.
I had the opportunity to sit on a bike with the chubby bar and compare to the HD pullback. The HD pullback seemed to be a little closer to me due to the angle of the handgrips. The HD was more comfortable to me as I didn't have to stretch at all to reach the grips. I am 5'4".
I haven't had any problem with the angle of the handgrips with 20,000 mi. on the HD pullback
I just dropped my 08 UC off at the dealer this AM to get the rear wheel replaced.
I asked about the RK police bars because I have read they position the grips closer to the rider by @ 2".
He listed the RK police edition bars part# 55924-08. He also stated that was the same # as the stock bars on my 08UC.
He listed the HD 2" pull backs part# is 56902-08 and he stated contrary to what Harley says, the bars will work with all the stock cables and stuff. He has installed several. Mitch
I don't get the wrist angle thing - mine are very comfortable. I am not sure what some of these guys are talking about. It might have something to do with how high you position them? mine are set below the fairing mounted mirrors and I love them. The angle IS different from stock, it is more of a grip like gripping a fishing rod I guess than like gripping BMX bars. Hard to explain, but I did over 400 miles this weekend and NO problem at all. Before the pullbacks, 20 miles and my back and arms were shot.
Whether you went with the 575 or HD pullback bars, did everyone do their own replacement or did you have it done at the dealer? I'd imagine the HD pullback bars would be easier to install since the wiring is not internal, right?
I've got HD pullbacks on my 2000 Flhtc. Love em! I have a solo seat that sits me way back, and these work great ( I'm 6" and have 35" arms). Not versed on the new versions, but glad to see they still have them. Just wish they came chrome and 1 1/4" . BTW, I put 2 holes in the bottoms of my bars and ran the wires thru the bars. You need a carbide cutter tho, that stainless is tough!

I'm doing my own due to the fact I'm a tightwad and the dealer wants 3.5hrs to do them at @ $65.00 an hr.
I just installed the Heat Demon heated grips so I was half way there already.
