I have the HD PullBack bars on my 07 SG.. they were $49.00 and I did not need a thing more... Re-Routed all cables and line... not a problem for the last 10000 miles, and my back doesn't hurt anymore..
Your dealer is wrong! I have an 09 ABS. Everything listed below is on page 443 of the 2009 Harley accessories catalog:
Touring pullback handlebar (new for 2009), PN 56176-08 $149.95
Diamondback clutch cable, PN 38922-09 $ 99.95
Front brake line ABS, PN Upper 46711-09, Lower 41825-09 $249.95
If you are going to have them do internal wiring, you'll need the sensor kit, PN 32310-08 $89.95
Hope this helps. I ordered all of this online through Chicagoharley.com at 20% off. Saves you about $100, even after shipping charges.
Don't mean to hijack the thread but thanks AB06. I've looked over that page a half dozen times and talked to two dealers who both said it could not be done (one just yesterday). I pick up my 09 Black Pearl Ultra tomorrow. Guess I have something to discuss with them. Maybe I can shame them into a discount on the install. Ride safe.
I put the WO575's on my 07 last year. Did not like them at first but once I got used to them they are much better than the oem bars. They do look good too, fat, chrome with internal wiring.
Are there any bars out there that give you more pull back but let you use the stock cables and wires on a '08 / '09 SG??????
To get more pull back there has to be more hight. The stock clutch cable on the 2008 SG is tight. I installed the Khrome Werks 300515 +2 Wide Sweeper bars, and a +4" clutch cable. Every bit of that clutch cable was needed. I have heard of some folks re-routing the stock clutch cable outside the fearing and had it work.

Hamnhog:
Don't know what to tell you about the dealers you have spoken to, except they are wrong. My 09 ABS has the setup I described to you...all from the Harley catalog. Everything you need is on page 443 as previously posted. Since your dealers have trouble reading, perhaps a picture will help. Look in the 2009 Harley Davidson Motor Accessories catalog in the Touring family section. There are full page photos of all the 2009 touring bikes, to include what accessories were added to the bikes in the photos. The Ultra Classic pictured (pages 358-359) is a 2009 Black Pearl. Listed under the accessories shown on the bike are the NEW Pullback handlebars (just like mine!), part number 56176-08. It is very disturbing that the people who are supposed to know their product...don't.
If "they" need some technical assistance, have them call the Tampa HD (813-886-7433) service department, and ask for Alicia. Good luck, and congrats on the new bike...you'll love it!
I'm in the process of swapping out my OE bars for Wild One 575's. When you installed yours did you extend the wiring? Extend the clutch cable? Extend the throttle cables?
If you extended your wiring what guage is the wiring? I'm guessing 20 ga. I've looked at the extension kits for sale on the internet. Seems like alot of $'s for $5 worth of wire and fewer dollars worth of solder.
Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
The top bar is stock.
The Second bar is the Chubby 575.
The Third is the HD wheel barrow pullback bars.
This is the older 08 and below pullback bar. The new one they just put out is supposed to be not as narrow.
ALSO... I have already changed the bars on my 09 Ultra with ABS. There is nothing special about the 09 with ABS but be prepared to spend some cash on an upper brake line.
