fuel shell recal oh no

i bought my 08 s.g used so i was hoping the fuel shell recall was preformed before i bought the bike. i went to the h-d recal site and entered my vin # it stated about the recall needs to be done, so i quess the dealer never fix the fuel shell. i will call them tomorrow do you guys think im to late will they make me pay for it.

I don't think there is any time limit on a recall. You will be fine.

it should be covered, its a 2008 2 year warranty should still be ineffect. also it takes a while for it to show up on your bike profile that it was done. my bike profile still said it needed to be done weeks after it was done
