Default Trams cover, cam cover, lifter block bolt replacement?

I have a new 09 Street Glide at the dealer and want to replace the trans top, trans side, lifter blocks, and cam cover bolts with Diamond Engineering SS. Can the bolts just be replaced and torqued one at a time w/o disturbing the gasgets (ie: remove 1 bolt, install replacement SS bolt and torque, move on). Thanks

You should be ok. However, I would replace one bolt at a time and not torque them until all the bolts were in and snug. Then I would follow the torque sequence outlined in the manual.

yes, that was my plan. Again, this is just the trans top and side covers, lifter blocks and cam cover. What are there, like ~30 bolts. I asked the dealer to do it and they came back with 6 hours of labor!!!!!!!!. I told them that if the exhaust is in the way of a few of the lower cam cover bolts to not bother with those, that I'd do them when true duals are finally available for the '09s, just do the bolts that are easily accessable. They came back with 4 hours of labor.. I'm like WTF. What am I missing?

i did the same thing with my 08 streetglide. took out one at a time. replaced it, and torqued it a bit less than spec. did that to all of them, then retorqued all of them as per specs and in the torque sequence as in the manual. the dealer told me that it's the way they do it. so it was good enough for me. besides i dig puttin shiny stuff on my motor.
