Well judging by the responses I must be the shortest *** (legz that is) on the forum!
5'4" with a 27" inseam. I had the reach seat with the front and rear low profile suspensions installed at the time of purchase and all that still did not get me flat footed until I bought a pair of H-D riding boots. Now I flat foot with ease.
Check out the air shocks by Arnott...gets you low when parking, etc, but also can be raised for a better ride. I'm 5'4" with a 29 inch inseam. I also went to Corbin and have their close solo... this combination puts my feet very flat on the ground.
I don't know about you guys, but did it just get warmer in here or is it me??? Jumping Jesus on a Pogo Stick!!!!
I feel your pain! I am 5.5 and just ordered an 09 Ultra. I'm currently riding a lowered road king with a mustang seat and can only flat foot it when my wife gets on or off. I really want to flat foot this big bike. I tried the Reach Seat, which help alot, but I didn't like how it pushed me forward. My inner thighs were resting against the tank. I bought a Sundowner Seat and sent it off today to MeanCityCycles. They will reshape the seat and insert some memory foam. I've heard some great things about this company. I will of course lower the bike by one inch. Good luck and your not alone.
