Speaker pod protection
I have a small tear in the vinyl outside the ring on the rear speaker pod where my wife hit it with her boot. Anyone know of anything you can do to protect this area so i can prevent it happening again. I fixed it fairly well with a vinyl repair kit.

I am have kicked my rear speaker pods when getting off my bike. What I have found is that if I bend my knee and grab my foot before I bring my leg over the seat, I am less likely to kick the rear speaker pods when dismounting. There really is nothing other than being more careful when getting on/off the bike that will prevent this from happening again.

I didnt do it. The wife did sliding off the bike. I am disapointed in how thin the vinyl was there. For the money they get for them I would have thought them to a little tougher, but I guess not.
