Windshield advise
Welcome from Montana. A little nippy up here, with snow on the forecast for tonight. I'll be riding tomorrow by noon however.... Gotta love that electric gear. Lots of windshields out there. Best advise is to try a few different sizes, and find out what really works for you. Go cheap on the EBay side, and pick up some different kinds. Once zeroed in, you can then go for a more expensive, mar resistant model.. Hope this helps.
Okay you said "MAXIMUM PROTECTION".
Then that would be the Clarks "Half Moon" windshield.

I am 6' with a 32" inseam
and I have a 14" one I look through
and I just bought a 12" one I look over.
They are great for protection. The 14" one I actually have to turn the radio down.
Pay and extra $20 and get the non-mar shield (for scratch protection).
It's still only $78 shipped.
I just ordered my 12" last Monday and it came in the mail Saturday.
The "Flat Top" is even more protection, but I didn't like the looks in a bigger windshield.
(I 1st ordered an 11" Flat Top)
Great people to deal with.
I don't have any pictures of it on my bike, sorry. I guess I need to take some, huh?
