Default Need tech help

OK, I know there are some smart guys out there for this little mystery. I have an 05 FLHT-pi. Drove down the street today and hit a bump at the tracks. Instruments go out, no brake lights, no turn signals, no radio and no horn. When I shut it off and restart it the 4 ways flash 6 times (On the dash only). Any Ideas would be appreciated!

Sounds like a loose ground or something. As far as the 4 ways flashing that means you have a code that is/has been thrown through the TSSM. Check the codes through the speedo and see what you got for a code.

Definitely sounds like a loose ground wire.

Take a multimeter, set it ta read vdc, and test for voltage between the ground terminal on the battery an' the frame itself (make sure it's bare metal). If ya show voltage over 'bout 2-3 volts, ya got a ground problem. Make sure that the red ("hot" or "positive") lead is on the frame, an' the black is on the ground terminal (if you have a bad ground, the frame is now "hot", since it's trying to find a way to shunt the power back to battery ground).

Yup sounds like a ground problem. I had something close to this with the lights and it ended up being a ground.......
