Does anyone have the skinny if the 2009 Touring wheels will fit 2007s or older? I don't care so much about the rear, but primarily the front 2009 17". Will stock rotors mount up?
The 2009 use a 25MM axle, wile the 2007 uses a 1 inch (Closer to 24mm)
So, unless you change the axles, and all the hardware, fork lowers and such, no they will not.
Now, Here is one for the Harley techs, we are talking about the inside diameter of the wheel bearings, not the rim itself, so, In thoery you maybe able to remove the 2009 bearings and install the 2007 bearings, as long as the bearing outside diameter is the same.
Check with the dealer parts people, and take a mic and check.
