I need help with my ignition switch

Well only I could do it!! I was trying to a line the tubblers when I hit a snag. T thought I was all set but once I put the unit in the hole and turned it locked in place. I can move my bars left and right fine but the switch is stuck facing the left side of the bike. Any help please!!!!!

try compressing the tab under the switch and remove the ignition. i did the same thing as you and spent 2 hours playing with it to realign.

Insert the key and turn it to the left while holding the button underneath, it should come out. Turn the hole thing around until you find the slot. Good luck, mine got stuck too. Just keep foolin with it, it will come out.

Whoops, I misread your PM and didn't realize that you had the button pushed down and stuck, I thought you were still trying to align the tumblers. Anyhow, like stated above....a lil foolin' and push the tab underneath again and it should come off. I've done that before too.
