HD Extended service plan

I have 09 strretglide would like to use pc-111 tuner. But the dealership said i can only use thr race tuner from harley without effecting my extended service plan he said theu would not pay for any engine work if i use pc 111 or fuel pack has anyone else been told this.

Do a search on this, it's been discussed over and over. Also, a lot of dealers will say using syn oil will void your warranty, which is more nonsense.
