That would be funny if it weren't so close to true!
(One thing I learned is "don't tell Mama" and I didnt tell her until the bike was bought either.)

I understand. After my wife got home from work last night she was going through the mail. There must have been a Visa bill in there some where. She said "What the hell did you spend $500 on in the last month?" I had to remind her that it was the installation of the handlebars and turn signals that she bought me for my birthday. Whew!! Got away with that one. :-) I should have done the installs myself but haven't had time lately and was impatient to get them done so I could ride. She usually doesn't give my spending a thought but the price of gas and food have been killing us so I guess there's a little more "focus" on motorcycle accessory spending lately.

12 Step
Hello my name is Jay and I'm a modaholic.
The first step is admitting the problem, the second through the twelfth step is enjoying the problem. Definitely dump the boxes and check out Chicago Harley for 20% off everything. (online only) NewRoc lets you talk to a real person which is nice but their discounts are closer to 15% on most things. It's like Christmas when the UPS trucks shows up and there is a box on the porch.

How did the seat effect your riding position and comfort? I was going to order their Faskback as I virtually never ride 2-up. Does it make you feel more like you are in the bike rather than on top of it?
