Just got my bike back from the dyno Tune. A few people had expressed interest as to the numbers difference. Both tests include: 08 Ultra
Vance & Hines Basic slip-ons
Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner
PCIII
STOCK HEADS (no headwork)
96 Cu.IN. = 74.25 Max Power 86.18 Max Torque
103 Big Bore kit #27532-08, SE255 Cams = 88.53 Max Power 103.44 Max Torque
The bike really pulls a lot better and the RPM's are up quite a bit on the top end..
Thanks for posting the numbers. Do you have the Dyno sheet you can post? Looking to do something similar to mine, and want to make sure the torque is there as low in the rpm range as possible.

I do have the dyno sheet but am not sure how to post it..
It looks like I am getting peak torque between 3-4 thousand RPM.. And looks like
95 foot lbs of torque at 2000 RPM
My Stage II cost $3500 plus some add on's I had done while in the shop. That includes 3.5 hrs dyno time to set up the SERT. I stayed with stock heads also. You don't need to spend the extra coin for mod heads unless you run high RPM's. Stock heads breathe fine at low rpm's. It made a completely new bike out of my ultra. You don't need or get compression releases for the 103 cu in..
My recommendation is JUST DO IT!
