I have my nice sundowner for long distance but for around town I want a classic solo saddle to put on there. When I say classic I mean like the old school looking saddles with the chrome bar around the back. I haven't seen any for 08's yet. Does anyone know if any of the major companies have anything like this? Thanks.
Corbin makes a classic solo for touring models and has accessories you can add to your seat such as the chrome "railing" that bolt directly to the seat for a clean classic look... check out the site http://www.corbin.com/harley/flhx/hdflhx6s.shtml.
hope it helps... wanted to get one of these for my ride too, but just too pricey in my opinion.
I'm selling my Mustang vintage solo...just like in the picture above this post. I had it on my 2002 RKC...not sure if it'll fit on an '08 though. Send me a pm if interested.
No, not cheap ... $250+, but whatta ya expect, they're hand stitched leather. And cheap compared to what; how much did you pay for your scooter? Leather jacket? Boots?
But you'll be on your own when it comes time to mounting it.
