Default XM not loud enough

I reciently had XM installed on my UC and the volume level compared to regular radio and CD is about half. If I switch from FM to XM at same volume It does not have the same base, treble and sound. Anyone else have this problem?

I noticed that as well. I just bump the volume up a couple of notches.

I think that is normal for the XM on the HK radio. Mine was that way since the day I bought it. Add an amp and your problem will be solved.

I had a xm installed in a pick up truck with the same problem. After a week, I took it back in and told them something was wrong. The audio dealer came out and adjusted the line out option, problem solved. It's worth a try.

It's adjustable - read the manual that came with it.
