I love my Seer. Light for its size and comfortable after a long day. I still wear a ACC helmet off-duty though. Smaller and lighter, but then again it is not DOT rated either. I would say go for the Seer, I think you will be plenty happy.
I wear a Seer 1602 (Vented) at work with the cushion pad interior and love it. Can wear it all day with no problems. Off duty I use an Advance Carbon Composites DOT.
