So I open it up again and you say there is a black what..Metal bracket above the radio and I will assume attatched to the inner fairin somehow..Hmmm maybe. And otherwise anyone have the quick torque spec for front motor mount. Buzzed the manual but did not see it offhand..How many brackets total is there to check in 05 fairing.

 

anyone know the torque spec on bagger motor mount and what does it do if to loose and also if to tight.

 

This got pushed back like 7 pages and hoped for an answer...Anyone have imput.

 

Retorque all motor mounts even the ones under the tank,exhaust brackets,change out the rubber mounts for the mufflers under the saddle bags.This little rubber goodie can make a lot of noise as they wear out.
