I'm assuming you missed the first thread?? Here it is. Don't worry, it's a short read.

Can it be used with the J&S jack which ultilizes the crossmember to lift?

Maybe if someone could shoot me a picture I could look at it and have a better idea, but I certainly wouldn't want to mislead a fella into buying something that won't work for him. Thanks again for all the great reviews.

This has been brought up several times and I can't say for sure.

I did go back and read the whole thread (short read my a**) but that only answered one of my questions. the picture of one. How about HOW or WHY does this thing work and why don't I feel the same wash out in the rear? May be in Florida we don't have enough twisties and it is god awuful fat or I just don't ride aggressive enought to feel this wash out. Like I said my bike feels rock solid like it is. And 95% of the time i am 2up.

Does anyone have a link to the Progressive model? I didn't see it on the Progressive Suspension web site. I'd like to see what they did.

Good to see you back GT. Hope you don't start any trouble in this thread. It's really easy to search for stuff like that. Here it is:

Asaron, could you speak to grimreaper's concerns. Heck i would like to order one but I too wonder how and why it works. The only problem I've had with my 08SG is that it will wollow or maybe I should say flex, in a turn that does not have a smooth surface. Would your piece help with that?
Thanks,
Gary

There are as many opinions as there are guys on this forum about the dreaded "wobble" and loose feeling rear-end and which stabilizer works the best. Who's felt it, who hasn't. Bottomline is, if you have never noticed it, it might be a waste of your money! Myself, I noticed it immediately after buying my Street Glide. I did come off metrics and new something was different. Looking into it more, and doing a lot of research myself, I found that the rear swingarm is only mounted by rubber bushings, and that is where you get this side-to-side movement. Like I have said many times before, all these braces do basically the same thing, which is lock that swingarm from having any lateral movement back and forth by triangulating the frame to the motor which mounts to the swingarm. To each there own, and I value and keep an open mind to all opinions, but I certainly notice a huge difference in stability having one on and if you think about it.........have you ever heard of anyone complain about using one? Most guys are very happy with there decision to add one and I don't really care where they get it, as long as they can feel a difference and are happy with there purchase. Thanks for the question.

Default Great addition!!!!!!

I got mine today and installed it in about 30 minutes. The finish was amazing and the fit was perfect. After installing it I took a ride down a 6 lane state highway here in Tulsa that has been resurfaced recently using concrete with rain grooves cut into the new pavement. I was pissed the first time I rode on it after the resurfacing project and you know why, wobble, wobble wobble! That's a distant memory now! My bike rode like I was on glass like the rain grooves weren't there. I only had time when my bike felt like it was gonna switch ends with me but there was no reason for it to have done that, even one time, unless it was caused by bagger wobble. I was turning into a housing addition at a normal speed and all of a sudden for just a second it felt like I was on ice. These are the reasons I got one of these things and I couldn't be happier. If you've ever thought of getting one...GO AHEAD AND DO IT. One of the best improvements I've ever made on any bike! Thanks, Aaron!!!!!!! One more thing...I don't know if the stabilizer has anything to do with this but when first put my bike in gear in the garage, it always seemed to shake the bike, but now that doesn't happen. Not a big deal and maybe I'm crazy but...
