years ago, i crashed pretty hard- breaking my collar bone (i was wearing the proper gear) and totalled my GSXR.
within 2 weeks, i had ALL of the replacement parts in my garage and began to disassemble the twisted parts, single handedly (literally)
about a week after that, i had it all fixed and running.... and i was riding it around (slowly) with a broken collar bone.
like i said, this was years ago and i lived at home- suffice it to say, my mother was pissed that i crashed, furious that i was doing the rebuild as i healed and was boiling mad when i was riding it while still wearing the collar-bone brace/strap
