Stator and Rotor question

Stator and Rotor question
I'm on vacation the next two weeks, and am replacing my stator. Do you recommend replacing the rotor too since I'm in there. Also, has anyone used Accumax stators? I'm on the broke side until my wife is done with school, and cannot afford the Cycle Shack ones I'd prefer, and the Accumax ones are within what I can afford.

I have replaced many stators, rotors, regulators... and have found that these have never given a problem.

I replaced my stator on my 03 ultra classic and I still only have only 10v a/c at the plug at idle stator is from harley dealer could my problem be the rotor I did not replace it and the a/c volts are the same as my old stator I NEED HELP please
