Default chrome fork lowers

I am having a hard time finding chrome lower fork covers for my 2000 road king. Can anybody help me find them?

46472-00B for the fork tubes only

46335-04A for the entire chrome front kit

There's also a pretty good selection of 3rd-party/exchange take-offs out there that have been chromed.

I don't know that I've ever heard of chrome lower fork "covers". Is this supposed to be something that just slips or clamps on the lower fork tube? How would it clear the upper cowbells as the forks compress?

The only chrome fronts I've ever seen were the actual lower fork tubes that have been chromed. The upper cowbells might be considered "covers" I guess, but I don't think that's what you're talking about (they're upper).

Doubt that you'd really be happy with the covers, just have the lowers chromed, or do the replacement swap out. You'll be glad you did, they are so much easier to keep clean and look great. I've done it with my last 3 HD's and they make a nice clean statement.
