Had new Injectors (25 degree) installed this morning. A noticable increase in "zip" with smoother and lower RPM's. Not sure about a dyno. Any thoughts out there ???
The Part number is listed on the side of the injectors. If you do a search for Injector Number I'm sure you will find the thread with the paart numbers posted.
I got mine ran on a dyno so that I would have a baseline before adding the exhaust. It's not needed though. Unless you have had your bike dyno tuned before the injectors then yes I would have it redone again.
I had the 25 degree injectors installed and I did not notice any increase in performance. It did increase my gas mileage by 5 miles per gallon! I really appreciate that. I now get about 46 mpg.
I picked my bike up this evening. Had the 25 degree injectors installed. Runs much better. I will have to run a tank thru before I know about milage. Smoother at low end. Will have to see if it is better with cold start. Used to cough and just about through me off. Runs so good I may not need my PCIII anymore. We will see.
Now runs like a Harley should. To bad I had to bitch and moan about it for 6 months and listen to the dealer saying that it is all normal to run like ****.
I to picked up my bike today with the 25 degree injectors. It seems to run stronger, about the same as when I had the PC3, se filter, and Kerker slip-ons. The dealer had me put the bike back to stock before they would install the injectors. I canât complain I dropped the bike off Saturday and it was ready Tuesday with the injectors and new down load. I will check the gas mileage this way then swap back to the PC3 and check.
