ramnj theres a picture of my roadking in my profile album...if you would like to see a roadking lowered....I put 12in shocks on mine

Just aasking -

wouldnt it have been easier and a better finacial move to simply remove the fairing on the SG?

Yes, the seat/bar combination makes all the difference. I'm hoping I get a good fit the first time. It can get really expensive finding the right combination.

Look at my gallery and you will see two pictures. One not lowered and looking kind of stock. The other picture shows my bike lowered 1" front and back with apehangers.
