You can probably just use a wet rag and wipe the whole thing down and not be horrified at the fine little scratches you'd inflict on a typical H-D paint job.

It came with that windshield, but it's not the factory one I believe. There is another one at the same dealer right now and it has smoked lenses and windshield. I guess they put whatever they want and try to sell it that way.
