Are any better for use with a motorcycle ?? weatherproof?? maybe connected to radio so I can hear it over the speakers { I have a Ultra } and can be transfered to a car And what about removeable mounts??? Thanks in advance
Another vote for the Zumo. Its built FOR motorcycles, vibration resistant, waterproof, great touch screen that can be used WITH gloves on, and so much more.
The 450 is great for most riders, and comes with the motorcycle mount. The 550 has a few more features, (bluetooth, Satilite radio) and comes with both the bike, AND car mounts so you can take the Zumo everywhere.
Installation on a Ultra takes about 45 min taking your time and with limited knowledge or tools.
As always, before you take off your fairing or do any otehr maintence work, get teh service manual. it'll save you time and headache.
if you got the money or a good lay away plan the garmon zumo 550 is the way to go. Made specific for motorcycles but can be used in the car too. How can you beat that. The price is the only thing that sux about it.
