Default Battery tender ?

Hi guys, question regarding battery tender, I just stored my RK for winter do i need to keep the battery tender plug-in for the whole season & another thing is it a must to add gas stabilizer. I wont be using the bike, until the weather is above 60 degrees.
Thanks for the reply

Remember the SEARCH Feature on here is your friend before asking a question, esp a very common one like this one that has been ask like 14 times in the last couple of days.

But to help you out, YES to both.

Leave it plugged in all Winter. It has special circuitry to make sure it doesn't over-charge or cook your battery. As far as the gas stabilizer, not only do you need to add it to the tank but you need to run it through the EFI as well which means ride the bike after you add it for a good 15-20 minute ride minimum. You don't need to keep it plugged in all winter if you need the outlet. But a week on and a week off would suffice.

Leave it plugged in and add Sta-bil too. Tires inflated properly. Clean oil.
