I have an '06 U/C.

I have a KBC 3/4 helmet with integrated speakers and microphone.

I called J&M and ordered the HC-PH Lower section 8-pin straight plug cord to fit the HD 7-pin setup.

I have no problem hearing the CB/Radio through the connection, but I cannot get the intercom system to work.

I have gone throught the instructions and feel I'm doing the right thing, but still no intercom to talk with my ole lady. (Could be a good thing)

Anyone else have this setup, or know what may be the problem with the intercom.

I thought I would ask the board first and then call J/M on Monday.

Try this. Press the intercom button on your radio. You have to adjust the intercom volume seperate from other volumes. You will need to adjust the front and rear volume independent of the radio and cb. If you want to use the VOX, I have found that it has to be pretty high to work with most headsets. I hope this helps.
