FWIW, installing the docking hardware on a 09 is a 15 minute job, and that's if your slow like me.
In the past I've read of some having to spend a good amount of time installing and aligning the docking kit, but I can say it's a piece of cake with the 09's. It involves removing one bolt on each side, then screwing in three bolts into three pre-drilled, holes... done. You'll need a couple of Torx bits, and red Loct-tite.
If your dealer quotes you more than $15 just say no and do it yourself.
Glad to hear they've streamlined the installation. My '07 was a far cry from a simple installation, definitely my worst installation experience since putting a new clutch in my front-wheel-drive car. My '96 RK was a 15-min. job like yours, but somewhere in between they decided to make it difficult.
