Default Do you like it shaved.....

Inner fairing mirrors that is...... What did you think it was going to say???

I'm putting 13" cyclesmiths on the SG and getting the fairing painted but can't decide on whether or not to shave the mirrors and go with mirrors on bars or go custom billet mirrors on the fairing..... Any advise or pictures are welcome.

Mirrors on the fairing...keep the bars looking clean. Chrome billet would look good on the fairing.

I like 'em well kept and trimmed...not shaved. LOL

Brypink, I was leaning that way, keeping the bars nice and clean, are there many aftermarket mirrors for the fairings?

Doc - I'm not sure about the mirrors (for a bat wing). I do know Kury has a couple including a chrome cover I glanced at once. It looked good, IIRC.

This is what my '08 looks like. Thought about the chrome mirrors for my '09.

Can you still see out of those mirrors, or do you just see armpit? I found some new mirrors at Performance Machine, but they are like $250 bones!!!
