Can't recommend a good current glove as the pair I have are over 25 years old with thinsulate inside. If it gets too cold for those I usually put on surgical gloves underneath them, helps a lot, kinda like a wet suit, being from Florida you probably know about those.....

nickm.....sent you an email. You can see pic above in post #4. I read an on-line cycle cruiser comparison article and they rated them the warmest of the bunch. (13 tested, all non-electric of course) HD discontinued but I liked the look and decided to chance it.

I just bought a pair of first gear gauntlet gloves and they feel pretty good and work well for me. They will not get much action so i have no need to get anything better.

I have tried Tourmaster but found the FXRG gloves very warm (without getting bulky) If I need warmer I plug in the electric.

Got a pair of XPS that DON'T keep my hands warm in the wind. Nor do they keep my hands warm when I walk in the morning until I'm nearly at the end of my walk. I was very dissatisfied with the gloves.

I have the winter buster from Glove guys, and they work real well and are the gauntlet type. I think they cost me $29 total and they got here in about 5 days.
