i just purchased a chopped tour bag for my 07 street glide, and i think i am going to install it in the solo position. i saw a cop in vegas with a tour bag in this position and i thought it was very sleek and a low profile look instead of a big bag hanging off the back of the bike.
i know more people are running this setup, if you are could you post a pic so i can see how your setup looks like?
If you are referring to a chopped tour "pak" you should check out iclick's solo chopped tour pak. He uses a rider's backrest, so the tour pak was moved back on the HD solo detachable rack to provide clearance.
Nice job and write up. Just curious, without 'your' modification, will my Mustang solo backrest still fit? Or is there not enough room?? Maybe I overlooked this info in your original write up??
Thanks,
Ben
Edit: Nevermind...I went back and reread the entire modification post.
