Default Saddlebag Poll

I have an 01 road King Classic, thinking of changing to fiberglass saddlebags vs. leather ones. Any opinions?

The hard bags have more room and are easier to take care of. I like the way the leather ones look though.

Would have to agree with Terry, Leather looks much better but is hard to upkeep and they tend not to hold as much. Just MHO

I have an 06 standard (black) w/ the hard saddlebags and i absolutely love them. I think they look much better than the leather because the hard bags have more of a square look to them. And when your bike is clean it all shines

I don't care for the classic bags, but do kinda dig the custom bags.
But, have always been inclined towards painted hard bags myself.

I love my hard bags. You can get a lot of stuff in them. They are 100% waterproof. They lock. Just have to be very careful getting off and on the bike. It is easy to drag a foot across them.

Hard bags are the way to go. Also Have you ever seen a custom paint job that have the leather bags. I have and it just did look as good.
