Touring Shocks?

Anybody had a problem with oil leaking out of stock touring shocks? Shocks are not mounted on bike. How do I drain oil and replace with correct amount?

I put an air ride system on my 09 UC. Turned aroung and the take off shocks had oil running out of them. I put the air lines back on to stop the leaks. Shop manual might have the correct fluid amount but I have not bought a new 09 manual. Mine are going in my take off box for a while.
