Mental Problem
OK. I clean my bikes at two levels.
One is the 'normal' wash it and dry it and go.
The other one is my once a month or so "Clean it up".
I have an 09, and you wouldn't think... but last two days I spent 10 hours on really cleaning it. When I do this, I wax everything that can be waxed, clean EVERYTHING, etc. Frame, underneath, inside of the side covers, everything!
Take a toothbrush between fins and all kinds of....
I've pretty much done this with every bike I've had.
Anybody else do this kind of detailing?
Today, at 30 degrees, I'm taking it out to get dirty again!
HAHA!

Wash and dry guy here. i like the words of a wise man who said, "i bought it to ride, not to rub." That's an excuse for me because i really like a super clean bike, but i think i'm just too lazy to do it.
Sounds normal to me.........but then again, maybe we should start a support group or something.
I keep a bottle of Wizard's Mist N Shine and a microfiber cloth with me at all times just in case I pick up a spec of dirt. I know, and yes it does take me a lil while to poop!
