RK Lowering

I've got an '07 Road King. I want to lower it in the rear. I see aftermarket kits that will lower it a lot more than HD's, and for considerably less money. Anyone have any experience in how well they work and if it's a good or bad idea? Thanks!

Shocks

Progressive makes a lowered shock. It's even lower than HD's. I should've bought the heavy duty version because I bottom out on the highway when hitting an uneven overpass transition.

I am saving for the Arnott Air Aldan system so I won't ever have to worry about it anymore.

I have a Street Glide and sent my shocks to Bagger Brace in Phoenix and had him lower my stock shocks . Worked great and still get to use air to adjust the ride and the bike is slammed....

Do yourself a favor on don't mess with lowering kits.
