I just installed a Kuryakyn "handlebar electrical power point" to my bike for charging cell phone & GPS but it includes a lighter. Looks pretty good, easy install. I preferrd to have it on the bars rather than in the bags, although I may add a pulg in the bag at some point as well.

6$ walmart in the marine section it came with a bracket that fit the middle acorn nut of windsheild strut right next to windsheild bag ran wire to auxillary jack (so it could be shut off with the aux switch in rain)
