I got my PC V from Fuel Moto put on last night. The bike is a 2009 Ultra with Rush 2 in baffle pipes and SE air cleaner. Jamie did the mapping and did it right. The bike pulls strong, acceleration is awesome. Seat of the pants tells me the HP and torque is much improved. Instillation was easy, it fits nicely under the seat. I did have to call and ask Keith about one quirk, the rev extender is set at 6200 rpm but the tack stops at 5500 rpm. He told me that the tack signal will only go to 5500 even though the bike is pulling 6200. Just a heads up for others. I am looking forward to some twisties, they should be fun with the added torque. It was a long time from ordering in October, but I think is was worth it.
One side note I had it shipped to my business. We were closed on Dec 26th and 27th. It shipped on the 23rd and I called on the 29th to see where it was. Keith told me the PO tried to deliver on the days we were closed and had left a note to pick up at the PO. There was no note left in the box. I called the PO and they thought it might be out for delivery as they could not find the package. So I waited for the postman, and waited and waited. Well get this he pulls up and puts the package in the mail box that it would not fit in the previous 2 attempts. The box is on the side of the road and the size of a small car.
Thanks Jamie adn Keith, it was a pleasure doing business with Fuel Moto.
If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for this? Also, any idea on what it will do to your mileage? I had the dealer do a Stage1 download, on delivery and I'm interested in other options.
It was a little over $300.00 with the shipping. I have not had a chance to check the mileage. Might try to do that tomorrow but it is a club run. Not the best conditions for fuel mileage if you know what I mean.
