I got the same as Drplastic except mine has part of the American flag and the Canadian flag on it.Came from Jacox Harley in Mississauga Ont.Looks good on the wall in my den.
Yeah I figured Mike. I just thought that since they were owned by the same person that they would have the same policies. I caught a lot of grief over that at work when a coworker got his Heritage Softtail (from HRHD) at the same time as I got my Sporty (from Southside HD). He got a plaque and I didn't! Everyone kept saying "how come you didn't get one?". No big deal no heartache over it.

Yeah, I've always got one or something similar for my past few Hogs and they were all from different dealers.
The last one the '08 the dealer included:
Plaque mailed later
A Pic taken that day in the store with the bike
1st Service
National HOG for 1 year
Local HOG for 1 year
2 Tee Shirts
1 Hat
1 Battery Tender
6 Harley Tie Downs (I did ask for those)
10% Off anything purchased that day and Free Labor installing parts bought that day
In Store "Poker Run" where you pull a card from each Dept for a chance at 5%-50% Off any item or a $250 or $500 Gift card. I won a $250 card
When I bought my '03 RK, they gave me a pic of me sitting on it in front of the dealership. Bike turned out to be a total POS & I got rid of it 6 months later. I still have the pic of me with the first and only new H-D I'll ever buy though!!
Yep, I received a plaque, t-shirt, christmas cards, BD cards, and continue to get 15% discount off all parts from Gator HD in Leesburg. Good folks here. Just bought another HD a couple months back and received a standing crystal plaque. I realize all these costs are built into the bike but it's still good customer relations.
