Don't have any experience with this company, but I did have a problem with parts bought through Ebay/Paypal. After disputing order because part numbers received were not the ones advertised, got a full refund, including shipping, through Paypay. If this had not worked I would have went through my credit card company. No way I would let Paypal have access to my checking account.

I had a problem with a zumo purchased on ebay a couple months ago. It took about 5 weeks, but I did get my money back through p.p. dispute process.

And if you do paypal, have a separate checking account keeping only "pennies" in it.

Sponsership can be bought. Customer service is earned! Treat someone right and they will tell some people. Treat someone wrong and they will tell EVERYBODY!
