The 05 Wide Glide in my sig pic was my first Harley. Almost a year ago I bought a '99 RK police. I guess I'm getting old because I really like riding the Road King better for most of the time. But for getting out doing a quick blast here and there, the WG is the ticket.

The "hopper" for me is my Hammer. The other American bike. Fast and sporty and you don't see many others on the road. Wheelies in 1st and burns in 2nd. Not alot of one off parts out there like the moco but don't need much other than pipes and little "chromies" here and there. Nice ride along side the 09 Street Glide.

I'd go for the Cross Bones. I just love the look of that bike. I haven't rode one yet but it sures feels good just sittin on one in the show room. I can't afford two bikes but if I could a blacked out Cross Bones with the solo seat would be the one.

When I got my roadglide, I kept my yamaha roadstar that I had mildy customized. because it has high mileage, resale on the roadstar just wasn't enough to justify getting rid of it... plus there's not a piece on the bike that I haven't touched or modified in some way. and it's 100hp 125 tq is fun to ride. I am planning the next iteration of it... planning on stripping it down to a bobber with apes, sprung seat and no front fender, dechrome it a little, and maybe a springer if I can afford it...

The Ultra is definitely the tourer of all tourers. But my SE Deuce is no slouch and not uncomfortable on long rides.
