I posted this in the electrical forum and thought I would ask it in this one as well
I am installing a new set of handle bars and purchased a new TBW part # 32310-08. This is a newer TBW then what was installed on my 2008 Roadglide. The wire coloring is different from what the factory originally installed. It didnt come with instructions on how to wire up the connector and which set of wires does what.
Can anyone help me with this problem?? I know I can call the dealer on Monday but thought I would ask if anyone else has run into this
I had the same issue on my 09 Street Glide, was told I needed it because it has a longer harness which I would need because of the Pull back bars I was installing. Turns out the harness is exactly the same length. Not saying yours will be, but the 09 is. The instruction sheet that came with the bars had a step for the wiring, when you pull the harness out you will see the red / black / white wires are also on the stock sensor but they switch at the molex connector to brown, red, blue black and whatever colors they were, I can't remember any more. PM me if you waant, I can dig up the sheet tomorrow and get you the info.
Thank you for the reply. I would greatly appreciate any info if you find it. My email address is >> imhthomase@yahoo.com
Thanks again
Tom
